Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Elicitation strategy, Real-time cue reading, Reliability assessment, Interrogation/investigative questioning into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and annotate emotional and motivational drivers influencing participants' responses
• Document your analytical reasoning in a clear, traceable manner to support downstream review and learning
• Score or annotate sessions according to a detailed rubric, maintaining objectivity and consistency across multiple cases
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Elicitation strategy, Real-time cue reading, Reliability assessment, Interrogation/investigative questioning, Attention to detail.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Experience working with diverse populations or through interpreters
• Working knowledge of data annotation, AI model evaluation, or after-action/assessment report writing
• Compensation Band: $25 - $65/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 40 open positions

• 3–5+ years of experience in professional interviewing, intelligence elicitation, or investigative questioning (e.g., military HUMINT, law-enforcement interviewing, skilled negotiation)
