Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in CI/CD, Scripting, Python, REST API into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Investigate and document undocumented product behaviors through hands-on exploration and systematic testing.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation methods and grading across the contributor group.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in CI/CD, Scripting, Python, REST API, QA.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, demonstrating strong command of Git/GitHub workflows (pull requests, code review, branching, analyzing diffs, CI log diagnostics).

Skills & Experience Needed

• Background in technical QA, evaluation, or data annotation—demonstrating consistency in applying rubrics and identifying nuanced edge cases.
• Exceptional attention to detail, disciplined adherence to defined processes, and outstanding written and verbal communication in English.
• Compensation Band: $50 - $70/hour
