Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in C#, .NET, MySQL into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues efficiently in production and staging environments.
• Document technical specifications and backend architecture clearly for team collaboration.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
• Expert-level proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Strong experience with MySQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Solid understanding of server-side logic, RESTful API development, and integration patterns.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using C# and .NET frameworks.

• Background working with distributed teams and Agile methodologies.
