Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Project Management, Data Operations, Quality Analyst, Human Data into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive reporting dashboards tracking key metrics and workflow improvements..
• Iteratively optimize workflows to guarantee scalability, maintain data integrity, and uphold quality standards..
• Take proactive, hands-on ownership of identifying and solving operational challenges..
• Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Economics, Finance or other related fields.
