Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in german language proficiency, audio transcription, attention to detail, linguistic annotation into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance checks on transcriptions, ensuring high standards of accuracy and consistency.
• Provide insightful feedback to improve transcription processes and guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle project data securely according to compliance protocols.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in german language proficiency, audio transcription, attention to detail, linguistic annotation, audio playback tools.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Working knowledge of linguistic annotation and metadata practices is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in remote settings.
• Compensation Band: $20 - $30/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
