ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Family Medicine Physician (MD) — Clinical AI Evaluation — Generative AI Domain Expert at $100 - $120/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in clinical annotation, medical record review, evidence-based medicine, clinical judgment into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality feedback on guidelines and edge cases to improve project workflows and model understanding.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in clinical annotation, medical record review, evidence-based medicine, clinical judgment, written communication, verbal communication.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Annotate and review clinical content and medical records (office visit notes, assessments and plans, referrals, lab and imaging results, and care coordination documentation), ensuring accuracy, clinical soundness, and completeness.
• Assess and benchmark model-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness across a broad range of patient populations, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and across acute, chronic, and preventive care.

• Proficiency with both written and verbal communication, with a strong attention to clarity and detail.
• Compensation Band: $100 - $120/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• Active MD degree and, ideally, board certification in Family Medicine.
