Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Physics Mastery, Written Technical Communication, Technical Problem-Solving Depth, Mathematical & Computational Fluency into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Flag ambiguities in project materials, proposing well-reasoned interpretations and clarifications as needed.
• Iterate on submitted solutions in response to feedback from project reviewers, ensuring corrections are cleanly integrated.
• Uphold rigorous standards in documentation and reproducibility consistent with professional research practice.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Physics Mastery, Written Technical Communication, Technical Problem-Solving Depth, Mathematical & Computational Fluency.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Strong analytical skills, able to isolate key physical principles and provide nuanced solutions to complex problems.
• Availability to engage with the project consistently over an 8–10 week period (approx. 10 hours/week).
• Compensation Band: $100 - $200/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
