ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Strategic Project Lead, MD/Health — AI Infrastructure & Operations — Generative AI Domain Expert at $400,000 - $550,000/year. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Leadership & Team Management, Data Operations, Human Data into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Set delivery milestones and drive a tight execution cadence.
• Own client communication, keeping it clear, direct, and consistent.
• Manage Health/Medicine domain experts and project leads to ensure quality and delivery.
• Provide daily internal updates with progress, blockers, and explicit next steps.
• MD (Doctor of Medicine) or equivalent medical degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in medicine, healthcare, clinical practice, medical research, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with senior healthcare and medical experts.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Working knowledge of clinical workflows, medical research, healthcare data, or other complex Health/Medicine workflows.
• Working knowledge of data pipelines, AI training workflows, and human-in-the-loop operations.

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $180,000 –$230,000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. our AI research partner provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
