Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Business Strategy, Problem Solving, Business Analysis, Market Research into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Business Strategy, Problem Solving, Business Analysis, Market Research, Financial Analysis, Stakeholder Management.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Evaluate AI model responses to business strategy and consulting-style problems
• Write high-quality prompts, model answers, and detailed feedback
• Apply structured frameworks to assess reasoning quality and identify gaps

Skills & Experience Needed

• At least one year of experience working at a top consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, LEK, Oliver Wyman, or similar), with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years

• Based in an English-speaking country
• Excellent written English

Remuneration & Remote Setup

• Compensation Rate: $245 - $280/hour (contract specialist remuneration)
