ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Medical Communications Manager — AI Model Training & Evaluation — Generative AI Domain Expert at $50 - $80/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in communication, medical Writing, regulatory into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Structured Feedback: Provide clear, structured, and detailed written feedback explaining model successes and deficiencies to help engineers tune model performance.
• Framework Refinement: Collaborate with project leads to establish benchmarks, quality rubrics, and evaluation frameworks for MedComms content generation.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in communication, medical Writing, regulatory.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Task Authoring & Review: Author and review realistic evaluation tasks based on medical education modules, advisory board summaries, scientific slide decks, HCP materials, and digital medical web content to inform AI tool development.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine (PhD, PharmD, MD, MSc) or equivalent professional industry experience.
• Broad therapeutic exposure; experience in oncology, neurology, or cardiology is highly desirable.
• Compensation Band: $50 - $80/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• 5+ years of experience in Medical Communications, Medical Education (MedEd), or Medical Affairs within a specialized agency, biotech/pharma sponsor, or consultancy.
