ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Specialist — Enterprise Workflow AI — Generative AI Domain Expert at $40 - $80/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Operations, CRM Ownership, Revenue Tools Beyond the CRM, Operational Judgment and Policy Conflicts into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assess and resolve conflicts between operational policies, exercising sound judgment to support practical and sustainable processes.
• Produce clear, actionable documentation and reports to ensure transparency and usability for diverse team members.
• Provide feedback on system usability and adoption, contributing real-world insights to refine operational best practices.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Operations, CRM Ownership, Revenue Tools Beyond the CRM, Operational Judgment and Policy Conflicts, Data Accuracy and Reporting.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new workflows and systems among sales and customer success professionals.
• Experience producing detailed reports and ensuring data integrity across multiple revenue systems is highly valued.
• Compensation Band: $40 - $80/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in sales, revenue, or customer success operations within a SaaS environment.
