Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in AI Training, Attention to detail, Audio Transcritption into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review and edit transcripts as needed to ensure linguistic and grammatical precision.
• Provide feedback to improve transcription processes and quality standards.
• Deliver completed transcription assignments within agreed timelines and according to project specifications.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in AI Training, Attention to detail, Audio Transcritption.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Experience handling confidential audio material with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, digital environment, managing time and deliverables efficiently.
• Compensation Band: $25 - $30/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 10 open positions

• Native proficiency in Swiss German, with strong comprehension of regional accents and dialects.
