Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in legal analysis, legal research, legal drafting, written communication into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine project deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
• Contribute to content quality assurance by spotting errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials.
• Apply meticulous attention to detail to maintain exceptionally high standards in all submissions.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in legal analysis, legal research, legal drafting, written communication, verbal communication, content review.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Practical background using quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to precision, accuracy, and upholding legal best practices in all work.
• Compensation Band: $140 - $400/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
