Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in python, r, pandas, numpy into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed written feedback on model assumptions, implementation fidelity, and research soundness
• Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators by clarifying findings and suggestions through clear written and verbal communication
• Contribute to the refinement of research evaluation processes for greater accuracy and relevance
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in python, r, pandas, numpy, scipy, fixed income analysis.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to articulate complex quantitative findings in clear, concise written feedback
• Prior experience assessing or reviewing models for compliance with best practices in quantitative finance is a plus
• Compensation Band: $80 - $150/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 100 open positions
