Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in immigration law expertise, legal writing, document review, case management software into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, actionable feedback to shape and refine model-generated legal outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to ensure the integrity and practical applicability of legal data.
• Contribute insights from BigLaw firm practice to enhance the depth and relevance of project deliverables.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in immigration law expertise, legal writing, document review, case management software, legal research tools, attention to detail.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to multi-disciplinary projects.
• Prior participation in technology-driven legal projects, AI initiatives, or legal operations innovation is a plus.
• Compensation Band: $140 - $400/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
