Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in family law expertise, legal research, legal writing, case analysis into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a remote team using digital project management tools to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and leverage technology for efficient knowledge transfer.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high standards for attention to detail, clarity, and legal accuracy.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in family law expertise, legal research, legal writing, case analysis, document review, summarization.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Effective organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple deliverables.
• Critical thinking skills and sound legal judgment; experience contributing to innovative projects is a plus.
• Compensation Band: $140 - $400/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
