Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Dentistry, Dental Software, Digital Dentistry, Dental Practice Management into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and review realistic dental scenarios based on practical clinical experience.
• Review, annotate, and evaluate dental-related content to improve AI model accuracy and quality.
• Document findings and provide clear written explanations and recommendations.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Dentistry, Dental Software, Digital Dentistry, Dental Practice Management, CAD/CAM, Treatment Planning.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Experience reviewing dental imaging, digital treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide structured feedback.
• Compensation Band: $80 - $285/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
