Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Drafting and reviewing legal documents, Basic legal research, Identifying risks/problematic clauses (contract review), Handling confidentiality and conflicts of interest into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Translate complex legal concepts into clear, accessible language for non-lawyer audiences.
• Adhere strictly to confidentiality and conflict-of-interest protocols, working exclusively with public or synthetic data.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Drafting and reviewing legal documents, Basic legal research, Identifying risks/problematic clauses (contract review), Handling confidentiality and conflicts of interest, Explaining legal concepts to non-lawyers.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Review sample or template contracts and other legal documents to assess clarity, enforceability, and risk.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Proven commitment to confidentiality and careful management of conflicts of interest.
• Experience working with or interest in technology, AI, or legal operations is a plus.
• Compensation Band: $80 - $180/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 50 open positions

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active or lapsed bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction.
