ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Substance Use — Adolescent Addiction Specialist — Clinical AI Evaluation — Generative AI Domain Expert at $45 - $95/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Clinical reasoning, Child/Adolescent Clinical Safety expertise, Clinical risk assessment, Severity staging into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and flag withdrawal, overdose, and safeguarding risks that require escalation or immediate action.
• Develop written guidance that is actionable for non-specialists, clearly explaining the rationale and referencing relevant standards or guidelines.
• Compare and benchmark your assessments against peer input and published best practice to ensure consistency and rigor.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Clinical reasoning, Child/Adolescent Clinical Safety expertise, Clinical risk assessment, Severity staging, Intervention judgment.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Motivational interviewing training, adolescent inpatient/crisis experience, and/or history of developing guidelines or publications in youth SUD (nice to have).
