Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in manuscript editing, line editing, copyediting, editorial feedback into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, and polish editorial commentary, ensuring feedback is constructive, actionable, and aligned with high industry standards.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders by participating in written and verbal discussions to communicate edits and recommendations effectively.
• Support ongoing quality control by reviewing and refining model-generated editorial work for accuracy and style.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in manuscript editing, line editing, copyediting, editorial feedback, narrative structure analysis, english grammar.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Comfort working in a remote, tech-enabled environment and adapting to evolving project needs.
• US-based contributors are preferred, though highly qualified professionals from other locations will be considered.
• Compensation Band: $80 - $120/hour
