ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Strategic Project Lead, Robotics — AI Infrastructure & Operations — Generative AI Domain Expert at $300,000 - $500,000/year. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Data Pipeline Ownership, FPS, Hardware Systems, Tooling & Automation into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead data transformation pipelines aligned with strict client schemas and formats.
• Identify bottlenecks and build automation for validation, QA, and reporting.
• Define and enforce capture protocols, workflows, and operational standards.
• Translate client requirements into executable systems and processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance to drive execution.
• Strong experience with robotics or high-throughput data pipelines.
• Hands-on with sensor systems, FPS constraints, and multi-camera setups.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Built internal tools for data validation, QA, or pipeline automation.
• Experience working directly with clients on technical data requirements.

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $120,000 –$160,000. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. our AI research partner provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
