ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Physician Hospital Medicine — Generative AI Domain Expert at $80 - $125/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Hospitalist Experience, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Family Medicine into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information in medical records, including renal- and hepatic-adjusted dosing, medication interactions, and age-appropriate clinical details.
• Share feedback to help improve frontier AI reasoning systems and data quality.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Hospitalist Experience, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Board Certification.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• At least 5 years of hospitalist experience.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Practical background using chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is a plus.
• Compensation Structure
• Compensation is output-based; experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply. Experts must submit a minimum of tasks per week.
• Compensation Band: $80 - $125/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
