Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in US Law, Legal drafting, Litigation mastery, Case theory application into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and flag ambiguities, procedural gaps, or missing facts, collaborating with project leadership for resolution.
• Operate exclusively from public or synthetic fact patterns, ensuring no client-confidential information is used.
• Adapt to various document types and shifting project requirements as directed by project leadership.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in US Law, Legal drafting, Litigation mastery, Case theory application, Shareholder / LLC legal mastery.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Background with litigation-focused firms (BigLaw, boutique, or mid-market) preferred.
• Demonstrated background in federal court practice and/or previous AI training or evaluation projects considered a plus.
• Compensation Band: $100 - $100/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 1 open position
• Core Competencies: US Law, Legal drafting, Litigation mastery, Case theory application, Shareholder / LLC legal mastery
• Licensed US attorney (active or lapsed) with authorization to practice in at least one US jurisdiction.
