ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online SaaS Contracts Counsel — AI Legal Benchmarking — Generative AI Domain Expert at $80 - $110/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in SaaS, Software as a Service, NDA, MSA into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions, particularly negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.

• Compensation Band: $80 - $110/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 50 open positions

• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Prior exposure to AI, legal tech, or training initiatives.
