ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Salesforce / HubSpot Administrator — Revenue Systems (SaaS) — Enterprise Workflow AI — Generative AI Domain Expert at $35 - $80/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Operations, CRM Ownership, Revenue Tools Beyond the CRM, Operational Judgment and Policy Conflicts into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Document recommended changes as well as areas deliberately left unchanged, supported by sound operational judgment.
• Evaluate and articulate the impact of proposed changes on connected tools such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Contribute insights on system design, optimization, and sustainable CRM governance in a SaaS context.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Operations, CRM Ownership, Revenue Tools Beyond the CRM, Operational Judgment and Policy Conflicts, Data Accuracy and Reporting.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Background in SaaS environments, with a preference for regulated industries or multi-product complexity.
• Excellent professional English communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in documenting technical reasoning and operational policy decisions.
• Compensation Band: $35 - $80/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• 4–6 years of hands-on CRM administration or implementation with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or comparable platforms.
