Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Voice Acting, Voice Coaching, Vocal Pedagogy, Speech Analysis into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver observations in clear, detailed written reports, using consistent technical language to facilitate AI model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate asynchronously via digital platforms, providing objective, high-quality input to enhance voice and speech systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy throughout all analyses and documentation.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Voice Acting, Voice Coaching, Vocal Pedagogy, Speech Analysis, Prosody & Intonation, Phonetics.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Fluency in English (B2 or higher); native proficiency in any language is welcome.
• Reliable internet connection and high-quality headphones to ensure accurate audio assessment.
