ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Data Privacy Analyst — AI Model Training & Evaluation — Generative AI Domain Expert at $31 - $60/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in PII, Attention to Detail, Document Review, Spot Checks into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrated professional or academic background in PII, Attention to Detail, Document Review, Spot Checks, Data Privacy, eDiscovery.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Strong background in contract review, quality assurance, eDiscovery, and compliance processes.
• Conduct spot-checks of transformed datasets to identify and validate proper redaction or anonymization of PII.
• Perform detailed document reviews to verify data privacy standards are consistently upheld.

• Compensation Band: $31 - $60/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• In-depth understanding of Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and data privacy regulations.
• Background as a Paralegal, eDiscovery Specialist, Privacy Analyst, Information Governance Specialist, Compliance Manager, or Legal Document Review Lead.
• Demonstrated background in legal document review, litigation support, or managed legal services.
