Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in bilingual communication, ethical decision-making, cultural sensitivity, analytical evaluation into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Apply ethical decision-making in the review and critique of sensitive case content, maintaining patient confidentiality and best practices.
• Contribute to the creation of bilingual communication frameworks for accurate psychiatric information exchange.
• Offer expert feedback on the analytical evaluation methods used by AI systems in mental health contexts.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in bilingual communication, ethical decision-making, cultural sensitivity, analytical evaluation, case study development, written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Experience collaborating on interdisciplinary projects, ideally involving technology, research, or digital health.
• Working knowledge of both Western and Vietnamese psychiatric frameworks, with a commitment to high standards of professional integrity.
• Compensation Band: $100 - $200/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
