ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Bengali Audio Transcription & Linguistic Specialist — AI Model Training & Evaluation — Generative AI Domain Expert at $10 - $22/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in bengali language proficiency, audio and video transcription, proofreading and editing, annotation and data labeling into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with project coordinators to resolve ambiguities and uphold quality benchmarks.
• Meet defined project milestones and deliverables through consistent, reliable participation.
• Utilize provided tools and platforms for submission and quality control of deliverables.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in bengali language proficiency, audio and video transcription, proofreading and editing, annotation and data labeling, attention to detail.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Comfort working independently in a remote, digital environment.
• Adaptable, responsive, and able to incorporate feedback to improve deliverable quality.
• Compensation Band: $10 - $22/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• Native or near-native proficiency in Bengali, with excellent command of spelling, grammar, and syntax.
