Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate law, litigation, multidisciplinary teamwork into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Offer written insights and feedback on legal reasoning, transaction structures, and deal documentation.
• Engage in remote project discussions and contribute to iterative quality assurance processes.
• Support the development of evaluation rubrics and best practices where requested by internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate law, litigation, multidisciplinary teamwork, legal research, remote collaboration.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Background in legal research, drafting, and the review of transaction documents.
• Working knowledge of remote collaboration tools and a commitment to delivering meticulous, high-quality work.
• Compensation Band: $140 - $400/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
