Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Audio Transcription, Attention to detail, AI Training into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver completed transcription assignments within established project timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Contribute feedback on workflow processes, tool usability, and linguistic challenges encountered during transcription tasks.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Audio Transcription, Attention to detail, AI Training.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Transcribe audio samples accurately and consistently, ensuring precision in capturing both Korean and English content.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Prior experience with projects involving AI training, data annotation, or language resource development is a plus.
• Compensation Band: $20 - $36/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
