ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Inpatient Care Physician (MD/DO) — Generative AI Domain Expert at $100 - $115/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Patient Assessment & Diagnosis, Inpatient Clinical Care, Clinical Decision-Making, Hospital Medicine into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to project teams to improve AI model performance and data quality.
• Communicate findings and insights clearly through both written reports and verbal discussions with project stakeholders.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Patient Assessment & Diagnosis, Inpatient Clinical Care, Clinical Decision-Making, Hospital Medicine.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Review and assess medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes, for use in AI training and development.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Demonstrated clinical reasoning and decision-making skills relevant to inpatient care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clear, constructive feedback.
• Compensation Band: $100 - $115/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• MD or DO credential, board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
