Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Contract Review, Legal Research, Regulatory Compliance, Legal Writing into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality written explanations and rationales for legal positions and decisions.
• Collaborate asynchronously through written and verbal communication channels to clarify complex legal concepts.
• Provide feedback on legal data and contribute to iterative improvements of AI training materials.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Contract Review, Legal Research, Regulatory Compliance, Legal Writing.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Experience working independently in a remote, project-focused environment.
• Working knowledge of legal technology tools is a plus, though not required.
• Compensation Band: $60 - $70/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 5 open positions

• Active law license (bar admission) and at least 5 years of practice in contract law, compliance, or a closely related specialty.
