ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS) — Enterprise Workflow AI — Generative AI Domain Expert at $50 - $100/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Operations, Conflicting Policy Arbitration, CRM Ownership and Data Model, Compliance-Constrained Operations Design into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver detailed process walk-throughs based on personal system configuration experience, highlighting decision points and lessons learned.
• Contribute written and verbal insights for scenario-based operational training tasks in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Recommend system improvements with a focus on scalability, compliance, and cross-functional alignment.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Operations, Conflicting Policy Arbitration, CRM Ownership and Data Model, Compliance-Constrained Operations Design, Revenue Data Integrity and Reporting.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Demonstrated background in process design for regulated industries or multi-product SaaS implementations, with a focus on compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, prioritizing what to change versus what to leave stable, and articulating the rationale behind each decision.
• Compensation Band: $50 - $100/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 10 open positions

• 4+ years of direct, hands-on experience in SaaS revenue, sales, customer success, or implementation operations (not adjacent or management-only exposure).
