ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online VA Eligibility Specialist — AI Model Training & Evaluation — Generative AI Domain Expert at $30 - $50/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Eligibility, Enrollment, Healthcare into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
• Former VA enrollment, eligibility, or care coordination experience, or experience as a VA social worker
• 1+ years working on VA health care enrollment, eligibility determination, or care coordination
• Working knowledge of priority groups, income and means testing, and community care
• Review sample VA health care questions and flag any that don’t sound like what real veterans or family members ask.
• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer on VA health care eligibility, enrollment, and priority groups, including income and means testing.
• Cover care coordination and community care (including the MISSION Act) and access to care in your rubrics.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Compensation Band: $30 - $50/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 10 open positions

• Able to start quickly and commit 20-30 hours/week

• Practical background using veteran outreach and helping veterans apply for health care
