ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Attending Hospitalist Physician — Clinical Chart & AI Review — Generative AI Domain Expert at $70 - $125/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in FHIR Records, History of Present Illness, Past Medical History, Rubric into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information in medical records.
• Share feedback to help improve frontier AI reasoning systems and data quality.
• Communicate clearly with the project team about your work and findings.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in FHIR Records, History of Present Illness, Past Medical History, Rubric, Inpatient/Hospitalist experience, Quality Assurance.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Practical background using chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is a plus.
• Experience working across different inpatient services or specialties is a plus.
• Compensation Band: $70 - $125/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 30 open positions

• MD or DO, board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
