ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Enterprise AI Data Licensing & Partnerships Manager (Full-Time Remote) — Generative AI Domain Expert at $160,000 - $250,000/year. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Negotiation, Prospecting, Closing, Partnerships into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead conversations around privacy, security, anonymization, data ownership, and compliance requirements.
• Design partnership structures that align company goals with AI customer needs.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal operations, product, and data teams to successfully onboard new partners.
• Help develop repeatable acquisition strategies, messaging, and partnership playbooks as the program scales.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or a similar customer-facing role.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Demonstrated background in AI, data, SaaS, marketplaces, or technology partnerships.
• Experience working with SMBs, founders, and owner-operated businesses.
• Working knowledge of data licensing, data acquisition, or emerging AI infrastructure markets.

• The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $110,000 –$130,000. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. our AI research partner provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, a 401(K) plan with a company match, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
