Online Hardware Specialist — AI Model Training & Evaluation — Generative AI Domain Expert

ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Hardware Specialist — AI Model Training & Evaluation — Generative AI Domain Expert at $50 - $100/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in AutoCAD, CAD, Python, RTL into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Use Python to generate or automate CAD geometry.
• Export valid, watertight solid models in formats such as STEP.
• Validate dimensions, topology, volume, surface area, and inertia properties.
• Diagnose subtle differences between expected and generated geometry.
• Produce reproducible solutions that work in clean technical environments.
• Strong Python programming ability.
• Hands-on experience with 3D CAD or computational geometry.

• Compensation is output-based. Experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete each task may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow.
