Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, DaVinci, Cinema 4D into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Translate complex AI and software concepts into visuals that feel clear, technical, and engaging.
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Creative teams on launches and campaigns.
• Strong portfolio in motion design, product animation, and tech-focused visual work.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and strong experience with Figma.
• Practical background using Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D tools.
• Strong editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Lead the visual direction and execution of high-quality video and motion content.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Procedural and generative tools such as Houdini, TouchDesigner, p5.js, Three.js, shaders, or similar.
• Compensation Band: $90,000 - $150,000/year
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 1 open position
• Core Competencies: Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, DaVinci, Cinema 4D, Blender, 3D tools
• Ability to independently develop concepts and take work from idea to final execution.
• Strong visual taste with a polished, technical, futuristic aesthetic.

Remuneration & Remote Setup
