Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in urdu language proficiency, audio and video transcription, linguistic annotation, attention to detail into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Apply in-depth knowledge of Urdu grammar, spelling, and colloquial expressions to deliver polished transcripts.
• Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication throughout all project interactions.
• Meet deliverable quality standards and align with project timelines for submission of transcription tasks.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in urdu language proficiency, audio and video transcription, linguistic annotation, attention to detail, digital transcription tools, metadata tagging.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

• Proficiency in using remote collaboration platforms to communicate and coordinate with project participants.

• Compensation Band: $10 - $22/hour
