Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in m&a, drafting contracts, private equity, remote collaboration into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of legal frameworks and decision rubrics (review rubric experience is a plus, but not required).
• Participate in iterative feedback cycles to refine training data, ensuring legal precision and practical applicability.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in m&a, drafting contracts, private equity, remote collaboration, multidisciplinay teamwork, capital markets.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• Review, analyze, and provide feedback on complex litigation and transactional documents, including contracts related to M&A, private equity, and capital markets activities.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Working knowledge of developing or applying structured review rubrics is desirable.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail in high-stakes legal contexts.
• Compensation Band: $140 - $400/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• JD from a US law school and active bar admission in good standing within the United States.
