Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in legal reasoning, issue-spotting, document review, personal injury law into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.
• Active bar license in at least one U.S. state.
• -Analyze legal scenarios to identify key issues, assess liability, and apply sound legal judgment.
• Review model-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
• Deliver actionable, well-organized critiques and corrections to improve model-generated outputs.

Skills & Experience Needed
