ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Adolescent/Child Safeguarding & Exploitation Specialist — Clinical AI Evaluation — Generative AI Domain Expert at $45 - $95/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Clinical reasoning, Clinical risk assessment, Severity staging, Intervention judgment into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Recommend protective actions and escalation pathways, including when mandatory reporting is warranted.
• Utilise a trauma-informed lens, weighing developmental, capacity, and consent factors in each assessment.
• Benchmark your clinical judgments against peer standards and established protocols to ensure guidance accuracy and reliability.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in Clinical reasoning, Clinical risk assessment, Severity staging, Intervention judgment, Adolescent/Child safeguarding, Exploitation risk detection.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Exceptional written communication in research-grade English (native, or IELTS 7.5+/writing 7.0+, TOEFL 100+, Cambridge C1–C2, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated background in a designated safeguarding or expert-witness capacity, and familiarity with ACEs and trauma frameworks, is a plus.

• We typically fill roles within 48 hours and are looking for experts ready to jump in right away. If selected, we expect you to start your first tasks within 24 – 48 hours of completing onboarding.
• Compensation Band: $45 - $95/hour
