ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Recruiter — AI Model Training & Evaluation — Generative AI Domain Expert at $50 - $50/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Sourcing, Recruitment pipeline, Remote work self-management, Stakeholder communication into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Utilize data-driven insights to refine sourcing strategies and track recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
• Drive proactive talent market mapping and competitor benchmarking initiatives.
• Champion the organization’s values and culture throughout every touchpoint of the recruitment process.
• 2-3 years of demonstrated headhunting or recruitment experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments.
• Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates via various platforms and networks.
• Strong recruitment pipeline management skills, with keen attention to candidate quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Source, attract, and engage top-tier candidates through a mix of creative and traditional channels.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Working knowledge of modern recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
• Based in the US, with a network of local talent and industry connections.
• Compensation Band: $50 - $50/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 1 open position
