ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Principal Systems Architect & Code Review Engineer — Frontier AI — Generative AI Domain Expert at $245 - $280/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in System Design, Code Review, Debugging, Algorithms into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrated professional or academic background in System Design, Code Review, Debugging, Algorithms, Data Structures, Software Architecture.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Assess and benchmark model-generated code for correctness, quality, and design
• Write challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases
• Review model reasoning on architecture, debugging, and system design
• Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance

Skills & Experience Needed

• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.
• At least one year of experience as a software engineer at a top technology company, with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years

Remuneration & Remote Setup

• Compensation Rate: $245 - $280/hour (contract specialist remuneration)
