ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Finnish Audio Transcription & Linguistic Specialist — AI Model Training & Evaluation — Generative AI Domain Expert at $20 - $30/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in finnish language proficiency, transcription, linguistic annotation, attention to detail into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Document transcription challenges and contribute suggestions for guideline improvements.
• Collaborate effectively via written and verbal communication to clarify requirements and resolve questions.
• Deliver completed assignments within the agreed-upon project timelines and milestones.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in finnish language proficiency, transcription, linguistic annotation, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, collaboration.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Responsive, proactive contributor who thrives in a remote, collaborative setting.
• Working knowledge of transcription platforms, linguistic annotation tools, or language datasets is a plus.
• Compensation Band: $20 - $30/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
• Available Openings: 10 open positions
