ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Technical Talent Acquisition Partner (San Francisco) — AI Model Training & Evaluation — Generative AI Domain Expert at $50 - $50/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in Sourcing, Recruitment pipeline, Remote work self-management, Stakeholder communication into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Self-manage priorities and deliverables while working remotely, demonstrating high autonomy and accountability.
• Represent our customer's team at San Francisco-based career fairs and industry events on a bi-weekly basis to enhance employer brand and connect with prospective talent.
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced startup environment.
• 2-3 years of proven headhunting and recruitment experience, preferably in startup or tech-focused organizations.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, recruitment pipeline management, and talent acquisition best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to self-manage and deliver results in a remote work setting.
• Identify, prospect, and engage top-tier candidates through various channels, including headhunting, networking, and digital platforms.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Established network within the San Francisco technology ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of modern applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics tools.
• Compensation Band: $50 - $50/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
