ActiveHired is expanding its remote specialist bench with a Online Customer Service Specialist — AI Model Training & Evaluation — Generative AI Domain Expert at $18 - $28/hour. Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in phone calls, english communication, customer service, captcha into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of short, consecutive calls addressing a variety of customer needs.
• Collaborate with other remote professionals to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer service experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and discretion with sensitive customer information.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in phone calls, english communication, customer service, captcha, scheduling, appointment handling.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Representatives are paid for scheduled, available hours — not per call completed.
• Start Timeline & Availability
• This role requires committed, shift-based availability — representatives must be fully active and responsive for the entire duration of every scheduled shift. This would be an initial 4-week engagement, with representatives working four 5-hour shifts per week (up to 20 hours/week). Genuine weekend availability is required for a portion of the team.
• We typically fill roles within 48 hours and expect selected candidates to start their first shifts within 24–48 hours of completing onboarding.
• Compensation Band: $18 - $28/hour
