Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in analytical reasoning and domain evaluation into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Meet project deadlines and deliver consistent, polished results.
• Manage multiple transcription tasks with a keen attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively via written and verbal channels with team members.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese and strong command of English.
• Demonstrated experience in transcription, translation, or related language services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Transcribe audio and written materials accurately between Japanese and English.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Working knowledge of technical terminology across different industries.
• Background in language studies, linguistics, or similar fields.
• Compensation Band: $65 - $98/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in transcription work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
