Contributors work asynchronously from home across major English-speaking countries, translating real-world workflows in norwegian language proficiency, audio transcription, linguistic annotation, attention to detail into high-signal training examples and multi-step evaluation criteria for enterprise AI models.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project coordinators and other experts to clarify requirements and ensure consistency across deliverables.
• Contribute feedback on guidelines and processes to optimize transcription accuracy and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain secure handling of confidential information and adhere to data privacy requirements at all times.
• Demonstrated professional or academic background in norwegian language proficiency, audio transcription, linguistic annotation, attention to detail, transcription tools, audio editing software.
• Strong analytical reasoning and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly in written English.
• High attention to detail when reviewing technical or domain-specific documentation.
• Self-motivated and reliable within an asynchronous remote work environment.

• Compensation Band: $20 - $30/hour
• Work Location: Remote (100% Remote / Asynchronous Flexibility)
